       CNHFH is proud to announce our new home repair program, A Brush with Kindness. This is an amazing opportunity for groups and organizations to contribute to the revitalization of neighborhoods in their communities and help low-income families, elderly and physically disabled homeowners. Repair projects consist of painting, minor exterior repairs, landscaping, debris removal, and handicap accessibility construction such as building ramps.       
Adopt- A- Home Sponsorship: $2,500.00 For a minimal cost, your organization can sponsor the revitalization of one home in your community.
Adopt- A- Block Sponsorship: $25,000.00
A Contribution at this level allows your organization to sponsor the revitalization of up to ten homes home, essentially bringing new life to an entire street!
Adopt- A- Neighborhood Sponsorship: $50,000.00
By making this hero contribution, your organization plays a pivotal role in the revitalization of up to 20 houses and makes a vital contribution to the stabilization of rural communities.

Sponsor Benefits:

  • A yard sign will be posted indicating your sponsorship of the home for the duration of construction. Additional signage will accompany larger sponsorship levels.
  • At least one workday will be designated for your organization’s volunteers and members to participate on the repair project so that your organization have one-on-one contact with the homeowners.
  • Have your Organization’s Name and/or Logo featured on our Website’s A Brush with Kindness sponsor page and on all promotional materials and media communications.
  • Central Nebraska Habitat for Humanity will provide your organization’s volunteers with Commemorative articles including certificates of participation.
